Terms and Conditions

– The Connection is committed to ensuring that information about how to gamble responsibly and how to access information and help in respect of problem gambling is readily available to all. – The cost of each ticket is £5, or you can buy a ticket deal of 3 tickets for £10. You can buy as many tickets as you wish.
– The winners will be chosen on Wednesday 12th April 2023. By entering, you agree for your first name to be shared on our social media if selected as a winner.
– The Connection is operating a competition whereby individuals shall be entered into the raffle with a chance of winning one of the prizes.
– An individual can only win a maximum of 2 prizes, should they have more winning numbers, the numbers will be re-drawn to find an alternative winner.
– To become a Participant in the raffle, an individual must enter the competition by 23:59 on Monday 10th April 2023.
– Competition responses received after the time and date outlined above will not result in valid entry into the raffle.
– To purchase raffle tickets online entrants must be residents of Great Britain (only) and 18 years of age or over. This means that online entries will not be accepted from Northern Ireland.
– The Connection employees who are directly involved with the raffle, their agencies and other companies directly involved in the running of the raffle are ineligible to enter this raffle.
– If a ticket is sold unknowingly to, on behalf of, or for a person under the age of 18 he/she will be exempt from the raffle and will forfeit his/her prize and the stake will be returned.
– The winners will be chosen using a random number generator.
– The winners of the prizes will be notified by email on Wednesday 12th April.
– Whilst The Connection will make every effort to contact winners, if we are unable to make contact and have confirmed acknowledgement of their prize within a month, The Connection may apply the prize as it sees fit, including re-offering the prize in future raffles.
– By purchasing tickets, the Participant agrees to these terms and conditions.
– Raffle tickets will be entered into the draw only when the whole payment is received.
– The prizes cannot be transferred or exchanged.
– The Connection accepts no liability for any loss or damage that results from the prizes.
– The Connection reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of this competition, this includes cancellation of the competition itself or amendments to the prizes. The Connection accepts no liability for loss or damage caused by alterations or cancellation of the prizes.
– Prizes will be allocated in order of the tickets being drawn from the first prize down to the last one. Read full details of raffle prizes
– The result of the raffle draw is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
– The competition is governed by of the laws of England and Wales. For more information, please visit www.gamblingcommission.gov.uk.
– All money raised from the raffle will go directly towards supporting the work The Connection does, charity number 1078201, address, 12 Adelaide Street, London, WC2N 4HW.
– Failure to comply with any of these rules may result in the disqualification of the entry. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry at their absolute discretion.
