We’re here to listen and offer help with homelessness and housing.

Our opening hours in Westminster

we're open monday, tuesday, Thursday and friday from 9am to 1:30 pm.

  • Monday-Tuesday, Thursday-Friday: 9am-1.30pm for general drop-in
    • After 1.30pm we are open for groups and private appointments
  • Wednesdays:
    • Please note, on Wednesdays our centre is only open to women in the morning. This is an inclusive space.
      In the afternoons, we run an Outreach Prescribing Clinic.
  • Saturday and Sunday: Closed.
  • Getting support from The Connection

    During these hours, you’re welcome to come into our centre and find support. This includes:

    We have showers, food, washing machines, healthcare and more available at our centre

  • Basic services:We offer meals, showers, laundry and more
  • Employment and training: We offer job support and training opportunities to help you get back on your feet.
  • Housing advice and help: We can help you find emergency shelter and housing.
  • Benefits and financial assistance:We can help you with claiming benefits, universal credit and more.
  • Mental health and addiction support: We can support you with mental health and addiction support.
  • All these services are free to access and optional. We’re here to support you with anything you would like help with right here in Westminster, London with no judgement.

    Before you visit us, you can phone or email with questions about how we can support you. We’re always happy to chat and can walk you through how our centre works.

    We also have an outreach team who you might see around Westminster. They go out in pairs to talk to people they see sleeping rough and let them know what offer we can offer.
