If you’d like to find homelessness support in and outside of London, we have a list of options below
If you’re in London, you can visit the below centres for support:
Crisis Skylight London (Brent and Croydon, open 9am-5pm on weekdays.) They offer support with housing, health and employment etc.
The Passage (Victoria, open 9am-12pm and 1pm-3:30pm on weekdays including Wednesdays when we are closed) They offer support with showers, hot meals and benefits advice etc.
The Connection at St Martin’s (Westminster, Open 9am to 1:30pm on weekdays, except Wednesdays) A leading London homeless charity helping people move off and stay off the streets. At our day centre near Charing Cross station, we offer vital support – from showers and a safe place to rest, to looking for job opportunities and a place to call home.

Thames Reach(Lambeth and Waterloo), They run hostels and outreach services, including for people sleeping rough with mental health concerns.
Webber Street Day Centre(Southwark, open from 8:30am Monday to Saturday). They offer cooked breakfast, access to showers, clean clothes and referrals.
Whitechapel Mission (Whitechapel, open 365 days a year from 6am-3pm on weekdays and 6am-12pm on weekends when we are closed.) They offer showers, clothes, breakfast and advice.
Westminster homelessness services:
If you are sleeping rough in Westminster, call the council’s 24-hour Rough Sleeping helpline on 020 7641 3841.
You can also use the Homeless Link search tool to find services close to you. Just enter your location in the search box on the left. This works across England.
Streetlink
You can contact Streetlink, a service that aims to ensure people sleeping rough are connected to the local services and support available to them.
Please note: Streetlink take 2-3 days on average to get out to people. Streetlink is not an emergency service.
