Delicious Delicacies
My name is Stella. I’m from Nigeria.

My love of food started from those days when I used to watch my mum cook and assist her in the kitchen.

I’ve had a few experiences working with charity organisations such as migrateful and been a part of other food programmes that empower migrants through their love for cooking. This led me to setting up my own food business using my mum’s old Nigerian recipes and making it more unique to my vision of what I want to promote.

I want to introduce people to the many Nigerian food options available for vegetarians that people don’t often come across. My mum used to say food is love, peace, happiness and food brings people together.

So my goal is to have a food stall on one of the busy streets of London and have people come, enjoy my food with friends/family and leave happy. This would be my greatest joy spreading love and togetherness through my food.

Giant Potato
We are Mitra & Ehsan, dedicated street food vendors with diverse experience in Iran and the UK.

We pride ourselves in delivering exceptional culinary experiences to our customers.

We embarked on our entrepreneurial journey from home, driven by a passion for cooking. Infatuated with the art of culinary creation, we aspire to share our oven-baked, authentic potato flavour with others through delectable dishes.

Our products is a dish that consists of a baked potato, usually large and fluffy, mixed with various toppings. It’s a customizable and hearty street food dish enjoyed for it’s rich and flavourful combination of ingredients.

About The Connection:
The Connection have been supporting people sleeping rough to move away from the streets for over 100 years. We get to know each person we work with. Many have been pushed to the edge, and they all have their own challenges to overcome.

Everyone needs to find their own way home, but we go with them every step of the journey. It often starts with a chat, the offer of a coffee and perhaps a hot meal or shower. Simple things that aren’t easy when you are living on the streets. We work with people to recover from the streets so that they can move on to a meaningful, fulfilling and settled life, long into the future.

About KERB+:
